| The HR, Finance & IT is headed by the Director reporting to Director General. Its main role is to develop and implement the Personnel, Financial and Information Technology policies and procedures and to create the professional work environment to serve the GOP staff and assist them to achieve their professional goals and objectives. The HR, Finance & IT Directorate consists of the following departments: |
- Human Resources
- Finance, and
- Information Technology

| Main objective is to develop and implement the Personnel Manual and set the working guidelines and standards for HR and Administration services – such as: |
- Develop Organization Structure
- Recruitment
- Develop Training Plan

| Main objective is to develop and implement the Financial Manual and set the working guidelines and procedures for the financial services. |

Information Technology:
Main objective is to set the IT Infrastructure to enable the GOP employees achieve their work objective at a professional level.
